SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship all stand up paddle boards and surfboards to either a commercial or residential address within the Continental USA (restrictions apply). ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR DOOR TO DOOR RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY. For example, delivery to a residential address inside a gated community, marina or otherwise restricted area can incur an incremental "special delivery fee."
HAWAII and Puerto Rico Board Orders Shipping Rates Per Board depend on local delivery rates.

Delivery of New Paddleboards and Surfboards
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days. Delivery will be Mon-Fri during normal business hours. You will need to be available to receive, inspect and sign for the shipment. Please specify whether the address is a commercial (business) or residential address and provide two contact numbers in the notes field when you check out. The freight company will contact you prior to schedule the delivery. *Any change of address on paddleboards shipments there will be a $75 charge per address change. Address change is only within the immediate area for example from your house to your work. A time delay will occur due to the address change. For an address change to another state or outside the immediate area other charges will apply. *If you are unable to accept board delivery on scheduled day/time slot, there will be a daily dock storage fee the customer is responsible for and will be charged by the delivery company.
Before signing the delivery receipt, you must unpack and inspect the board thoroughly for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. All shipments are fully insured against damage PRIOR to you signing, however, your signature constitutes your final acceptance of the merchandise “AS IS” from the freight company and releases them from any further responsibility. Absolutely no claims or returns can be made after final acceptance from the freight company so please be sure you are completely satisfied with your board prior to signing for it. If you have any questions or are not completely satisfied with the condition of your board upon arrival, call us immediately at (949) 661-0578 and refuse the shipment. We will make sure to ship you a replacement board immediately at no additional charge to you. Note: INFINITY has literally shipped thousands of paddle boards to satisfied customers worldwide. We know the excitement of receiving a new paddleboard first hand and we want you to be able to start having fun on it immediately. Whether your new board is going around the corner or around the globe, we take great care to make sure it will arrive safely and in perfect condition. All boards are thoroughly inspected and packed extremely well before leaving our warehouse. We only use reliable carrier’s familiar with how to safely transport paddleboards and each box is clearly marked to make sure they are handled gently every step of the way. Shipment of Paddles and Accessories
Paddles and Bags will be charged a flat package rate depending on final destination. This excludes INTERNATIONAL addresses. For AK, HI, PR and all other addresses outside the Continental USA, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org PRIOR to placing your order for a shipping quote. We ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking number. In stock accessory orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Most orders are delivered within 1-5 working days to any address within the Continental USA. Please open the package and inspect items for damage immediately upon arrival. If damage is found, please notify us immediately so we can get a replacement out to you and file the necessary claim with the shipping company. All damages must be reported to us within 3 days of you receiving your shipment.
- The first and most important thing to know about SUP boards is that although they love to play in the sun, they DO NOT LIKE TO BAKE in the sun.
- All surfboards and stand up paddle boards should not be exposed to prolonged direct sun of 70°F or more.
- If a board’s surface is hot to touch, then it should be moved to the shade. Otherwise the EPS inside a board will break down and melt, this is especially true when cranked down on the roof of your car in the hot sun. INFINITY (or any manufacturer) does not warranty sun related damage.
- The sun’s rays will be the most harmful element to your INFINITY SUP board so try and keep your board out of the sun wherever possible.

Since our boards are molded/vacuum bagged this is extremely rare, in fact typically the EPS will melt and cave in before de-lamination due to the increased bond we create in manufacturing INFINITY stand up paddle boards. However, it’s important to know this information since the core of all SUP boards are shaped from a foam called EPS. EPS foam consists of foam, gasses and air bubbles. When your board is left in the sun these gasses and air heat up and expands the inside of your board. If they expand too much, the pressure will push on the hard shell of the board and may cause the fiberglass shell to detach from the foam core. This is called de-lamination, and can result in air bubbles being trapped between the foam core and fiberglass shell.
To avoid de-lamination or melted EPS Follow these simple steps to ensure a long life for your INFINITY board:
INFINITY stand up paddle boards have a Gore-Tex® Vent Plug: The plastic Gore-Tex® vent plug is used to keep water out of the core of the board but at the same time allows hot air to vent out of the plug. Because it vents the board automatically, please do not loosen or remove the plug to prevent damage and to ensure it works correctly. Always store your INFINITY boards in a cool dry place or shady area when not in use. You may also store your board in a well-ventilated board bag to avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
We use UV resistant materials on all our INFINITY stand up boards but over exposure to the sun can cause the colors to fade. Fading will not affect the performance of the board but it will affect the look and the beauty of the board that you fell in love with. To avoid fading…Always store your INFINITY board in a cool dry place or shady area out of reach of direct sunlight. At all times while not on the water! This includes driving to and from the beach.
