Diamond Mind Spaceship Twin

This mid-length - higher volume performance twin fin shape is a fun collaboration between Dave Boehne and Eric Diamond.

Eric Diamond is a long time Infinity friend and one of the original artist/creatives in the industry. "ED" was a big part of the competition team back in the 1980's and even worked the surf shop floors as a grommet! To come back full circle and design a board that fits his signature rail and flow style was a ton of fun and the design is one that will fit a lot of surfers needs. Incredible wave catching capabilities, down the line speed, high line trim and full rail cutbacks.

The Spaceship has a slight wide point forward outline which throws the volume distro more under the chest and front foot which adds both paddle power and front foot down the line speed.

The tail pulls in at the twin fins and creates that sure footed pivot point where the upright twins engage and bit into the turn. ED likes the added "guitar pick" trailer fin to help control the transitions from rail to rail.

The deck is flat with an abrupt angled rail throwing all the volume in the middle of the board where you want it and thinning the rail allowing for sensitive and precise carves.

This design is a perfect blend of the high volume we all desire with the performance we want to keep. Don't be afraid to catch more waves! Volume is your friend.
